Welcome to Winter Wellness

Every Eastman Member is invited to sign-up and participate in the Winter Wellness Program. This seven-tier program is designed to promote health and wellness. Join us as we walk, run, ski, snowshoe, swim, bike and move our way to better fitness.

The Winter Wellness Program begins Sunday, January 1, 2012 and ends Saturday, April 29, 2012. Each participant will record their weekly results and give updates via e-mail on their progress. Everyone who reaches his/her goal will be entered to win a 2-Night / 3-Day Get-a-Way to The Wayside Inn in Chatham, Mass.

Recording your weekly results is based on the honor system. Please e-mail your weekly results to christine@lakemoreyresort.com by Wednesday of the following week. The week will run Sunday – Saturday.

Note: Proper passes are required for the fitness center, pool and cross-country center.




 
Swimming
